Only magnetic phone cases can be used for wireless magnetic charging and are NOT compatible with non-magnetic cases, such as the OtterBox Defender case.

Is it normal for the power bank to heat up when charging?
This latest magnetic portable charger has eight built-in cryogenic ice cores with a cooling effect. However, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transmission. This is a normal phenomenon.

Can any power adapter charge the magnetic charger?
For best results, use a power adapter with at least 12 W power (not included).

Is the bracket stable?
