To ensure that you get the full functionality from our docking station, please follow the instructions below:

1. Check that your laptop's thunderbolt 4/3/USB 4.0/USB-C port supports PD Power Delivery, DP Alt Mode, and Data Transfer.

2. Use the included USB-C to C cable to connect the docking station to your laptop's USB-C port. Make sure the cable supports PD Power Delivery, DP Alt Mode, and Data Transfer.

3. The PD 100W Type-C port requires a 65-100W cable and charger (not included) to charge your laptop and ensure proper functionality of other ports.

4. Some laptops may have over discharging protection, which may require you to charge the laptop for a few minutes before restarting it after the battery is completely drained.

5. For extended use, keep the docking station powered with the DC adapter to avoid draining your laptop's battery.

6. To ensure stable mirror or extend casting, use identical monitor models. Using three different monitors may result in misread displays and casting errors.

7. For Windows OS, a single display supports a maximum output of 4K@30Hz, while using two displays supports 1080P@60Hz. The final output depends on your laptop and monitor's maximum supported output.

8. Mac OS and Chrome OS do not support MST mode, which limits them to two screens. Laptops with AMD RX 5700/INVIDIA 2020 or higher chips can achieve four-screen content. Intel graphic card laptops can only display content on up to three screens, with the fourth screen showing "No signal".

9. If your laptop's USB-C port does not recognize the docking station after updating the OS from Windows 10 to Windows 11, you may need to update the driver.

2. Wait for a moment as the Windows system automatically detects and recognizes the newly connected displays.

3. Go to the Windows system settings and click on "Display settings".

4. In the "Multiple displays" section, choose the "Extend these displays" option.

5. Adjust the position and resolution settings for each display according to your preference.

You can also mirror your screen or extend your desktop using our USB C docking station. Connect your MacBook to an external display for a 4K visual experience. Please note that Mac OS only supports mirror mode, and extending content across multiple displays is not supported.
